At Dazzling Decor LLC, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Certain items like clearance/sale items, personalized/custom products, and gift cards are non-returnable


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Email us at info@dazzlingdecor.store with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective)


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • If your original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or card statement again

  • Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dazzlingdecor.store


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
